Management
Our Main Member Jessica started off as a cleaner and tea lady and through hard work and perseverance made her way through the stores, reception, buying office and eventually into Internal sales and order processing. Given the opportunity by then sole owner Samantha to form a partnership Jessica jumped at the idea.
Jessica runs all of the logistics and staffing of Fresh Concepts while Samantha focuses on the sales and customer servicing on site.
Team
All of our Staff members go through an in depth training course with our main supplier.
For our deep cleaning team we have a working OCD supervisor Andrew who is on site to handle trouble shooting and to make sure each job is performed to the highest standard.
